Frequently asked questions

Does ALIS work online or offline?

ALIS works online and is designed to work from any type of device. The mobile app (iOS and Android) also works offline and synchronizes information as soon as it finds an internet connection.

Is ALIS accepted by ANAC and does it replace the physical paper logbook?

Yes, we are a private company certified and approved in accordance with Resolution 457 (Regulating the Logbook of Brazilian Civil Aircraft) and Resolution 458 (Regulating the use of computerized systems for recording and storing information by ANAC regulators).

How does the approval for use of the
digital logbook work?

Our team will help you fill out and send in the documents required for certification of your aircraft or operation. The process is sent through the SEI! system and we will monitor the process.

Will ANAC have access to my data from the
digital logbook?

ANAC will only have access to flight and maintenance records in the event of a ramp or site inspection. The user himself will export the records with a digital signature guaranteeing their validity and will share them via PDF, CSV or show them on the screen of the mobile device. ANAC does not have its own access to the data.

Does the system warn you when a part or inspection needs to be serviced?

Yes, once your aircraft model has been configured, the system collects operating information and generates warnings and data for you and the workshop to plan.

How can I or my employees learn to use ALIS?

We provide training and maintain close contact to monitor the use of the system by all users. We don't just provide software, we provide a service to organize your tasks and documents.

Does ALIS integrate my operation with the maintenance workshop?

If your workshop is our partner and uses the ALIS maintenance system, your aircraft data will be integrated into the same system, generating planning, speed and efficiency in service.

How much does it cost? I've seen a similar system and I didn't hire it for my company or aircraft because of the high cost.
