Annual periodic training for business aviation

Improve the safety of your aviation operation

Safety and operational excellence are strategic differentiators in business aviation. In commercial aviation, regular training is mandatory and has been proven to reduce incidents and accidents. Why should your operation be any different?
Header image

Why invest in this training?

Our program is similar to IOSA-certified airline training, but adapted to the reality of business aviation. With it, your team will always be up to date, prepared for operational challenges and aligned with the best global safety practices.

Improve your operational security

Crew more prepared to face adverse situations, reducing human error and increasing their decision-making capacity at critical moments.

Update with experts

Always stay ahead of new regulations, technologies and best practices in the sector.

Networking and exchange of experiences

Connect with other business aviation professionals, share experiences and learn from real cases.
Importance

Statistics that prove the importance of regular training

Investing in regular training increases operational efficiency and aligns practices with the highest industry standards, promoting a culture of safety and increasing the confidence of crews, operators and insurers. According to CENIPA, the five main accident factors in general aviation are linked to human performance:
Driving trial
Application of flight commands
Decision-making process
Attitude
Flight planning
The FAA emphasizes that continuous training reduces human error and improves emergency response in business aviation. EASA stresses that regular retraining and a strong safety culture can reduce incidents by up to 35%.
In commercial aviation, there is an accident every
880 thousand
take-offs
In general aviation, there is an accident every
100 thousand
take-offs
Commercial aviation is approximately eight times safer than general aviation. The secret? Constant investment in operational safety.

Testimonials
"With the implementation of Alis in our work environment, we have noticed a significant change in our daily routine. We are now using our time more efficiently to plan and make strategic decisions in our business. Previously, we were constantly involved in tasks such as tracking purchases, assigning work orders, managing stock, following up on mechanic requests and monitoring the invoicing process. The biggest benefit we got from the system was the automation of around 90% of these processes, freeing us up to focus on more strategic activities."

"I've been closely following the continuous evolution of the Alis system. At first, we faced challenges during the migration from our old system, but since then, several improvements have been implemented. Today, I can say that the system is fully operational and fully meets the demands of the school. One of the features I appreciate most about the system is the graphs and reports, which provide valuable support, especially at the end of each month."

"The Alis system is highly functional and fully meets the needs of Axial Aviation, our maintenance organization. It offers comprehensive control, including managing work orders, opening items, tracking parts and services performed, controlling aircraft components and, not least, inventory management and financial aspects. Of all the systems that have already been implemented in our workshop, Alis stands out as the solution that embraces all the areas essential to the running of our operation."
